Introducing...Hannah Montana, an astronaut and a cowboy! Happy Halloween everyone! It's been one long week of parties, parades and trick or treating. Halloween is over. The kids are finally asleep, probably dreaming about candy and Ryan is back at work. He was able to slip away for an hour to take the kids trick or treating, and then went back. Even though the Japanese don't celebrate Halloween, we sure got our share of candy. Families (mostly foreigners) had to sign up to go trick or treating ahead of time. Then a map was passed around with little pumpkins on the houses we could go trick or treating to. About 20 buildings/houses in our neighborhood.

Where's Jake? Over in the bushes stuffing his face with candy! He was a cowboy for the school parties and a dog for the night trick or treating.

This was our next door neighbor, Hibiki's FIRST time trick or treating! Even though he doesn't speak English, he learned "trick or treat!" pretty fast. I think he really liked it.

I love that Emily was Hannah Montana :).
Hi Jill,
My pictures are from the Gagnons street. We stayed at their house for the evening. Your pictures are all cute!
That is so much fun. I love reading your blog and hearing about all the culural differences
