My Jacob

Jacob is getting so big and constantly doing cute things. I don't think I document it enough. Plus, we feel sad we live so far away from our families. So here are some interesting facts about Jacob.

• He can ride a 3 wheeled scooter all by himself now, and tries so hard to keep up with Emily and Trent on their scooters.


• He resists the stroller and wants to walk all the time now.


• He loves it when the vegetable man comes and whenever a truck drives by, will yell "Vegetable Man!"


• One of his favorite things to do is take a bubble bath with Trent or Emily


• LOVES to read stories


• still isn't interested in TV yet. Not that it matters anymore, since he broke the TV last week!


• Can work a DVD player all by himself


• Whenever he is sad or hurt, will ask for a "green blankie snuggle"


• hates me sitting at the computer. He always tries to sneak up and turn it off.


• is addicted to Oreo cookies and asks for them almost every day.
  
• Has started using the toilet about once a day. I think he's almost ready for potty training.


• Every time he uses the big toilet he will always say "just like Trent!" He really loves his big brother.
  
• has discovered light sabers


• still has separation anxiety. Always wants to be right by my side. Even when we're at home which sometimes drives me crazy.


• When we are home, and he is leaving the room I'm in to walk into the next room, he'll stop and say "bye, mom."


• loves to mop the kitchen floor and help me clean. He'll walk by Emily's room and say, "Emily's room, messy!"
