Winterfest

This time of year schools in the US are having canned food drives. We have a rice drive. Each kid is asked to bring in a bag of rice and they build up the "rice wall" to see how high they can get it. 2 weeks ago we had the school winterfest. Since Emily is on the student council, she got to walk around yelling "candy canes!! 100 yen each!" She loved it and looked really cute.

she also got her nails done with her friends. of course she picked bright blue, her favorite color.
