Emily's swim meet
Saturday was Emily's first swim meet. She joined the school swim team at the beginning of the school year. They practice two days a week after school. She swam three races, the 25 meter backstroke, 100 meter (4 X 25) relay and 25 meter freestyle, which she took first place in and got a ribbon! Here are some pictures.

That is so fun! I remember when my niece Megan was on the swim team - it was so fun to watch all those little kids compete. (The greatest were th silly things they would write on their backs, like "kiss my splash" or "eat my bubbles" - pretty cute!)
Congrats Emily! It looks like you guys are having a lot of fun!
EMILY! I feel so proud. I remember having to drag you into that water Emily. Congrats, racing is a lot of fun and you will do so well.
